Shipping Policy

Same day delivery must be ordered by 11:00 am. All orders placed after 11:00 am will be delivered the next day or as requested otherwise. We are unable to deliver on Sundays, except for special requests and events arranged personally by phone with staff. 

Deliveries made on special Holidays or Valentine’s Day may vary. We are not able to guarantee an exact time of delivery. Please order well enough in advance to ensure your place on our delivery roster. 

Delivery Confirmation: We will send out a confirmation of delivery of your online order via email.

There is a $9.99 Delivery Charge to the following areas:

We deliver to all funeral homes, hotels, hospitals and care facilities. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box. If your recipient has a rural address, delivery arrangements will have to be made by contacting our floral shop at 403.475.7658
